DXDasia is an AI automation agency helping Singapore businesses replace manual, repetitive work with AI agents and automated workflows — so your team ships faster, spends less, and scales without adding headcount.
Singapore is one of the most AI-forward economies in the world, backed by a Smart Nation agenda and businesses that expect efficiency as standard. Companies here often serve the wider APAC region, so automation has to scale cleanly from day one.

Three quick questions, then your details. A senior strategist replies within one business day.
From first automation to a fully connected operation, we build the systems that take busywork off your team:
Custom AI assistants that handle support, research, data entry and internal Q&A across your existing tools.
We connect your CRM (customer relationship management), billing, email and ops stack so processes run end-to-end with no manual handoffs.
Extract, classify and route invoices, contracts and forms with AI instead of copy-paste.
Lead scoring, follow-up sequences and reporting that run themselves and never miss a beat.
When off-the-shelf will not fit, we build the AI-powered app or integration your workflow actually needs.
We monitor, tune and expand your automations as your business grows.
We partner with fintech, logistics and supply-chain, e-commerce, professional-services and F&B teams that want measurable outcomes, not slideware — and we tailor every engagement to how your market actually operates.
Most large Singapore companies already use AI, but most SMEs still do not. That gap is where automation pays back fastest, because the competitors you are up against may already be answering customers and processing work faster than you.
SME AI adoption rose from 14.5% in 2024 to 23.4% in 2025, against 70.4% for larger firms (IMDA Singapore Digital Economy Report 2026). Roughly three in four SMEs have not started.
Singapore ranks second in the world for generative AI use, at 64.3% of the working-age population in Q2 2026 (Microsoft AI Diffusion Report). People expect fast, accurate answers at any hour.
IMDA's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI (January 2026) asks for limits on what an agent can do, human checkpoints, technical controls and transparency to users (MDDI). Our agents are designed around those four areas.
PDPC has issued advisory guidelines on personal data in AI recommendation systems (2024) and in generative AI (July 2026) (PDPC). We keep personal data out of prompts where it is not needed and log what each agent reads.
Do Not Call rules cover marketing messages on WhatsApp, so automated outreach needs recorded consent and an opt-out in every message (PDPC). Service replies to customers who message you first are a different case.
PSG and EDG were replaced by the EDGE Grant from 30 September 2026, and Budget 2026 added an AI tax deduction under the Enterprise Innovation Scheme. We scope projects so you can check eligibility against the official criteria.
You work directly with experienced engineers and marketers who own the outcome.
You know what you are getting, and what it costs, before we start.
Every engagement is tied to concrete metrics so you can see the return.
A Singapore-headquartered team on the ground — local context, no distant hand-offs.
PDPA-aligned data handling as standard in everything we build.
Systems designed to scale across the wider APAC region as you grow.
The same agentic AI we build for Singapore businesses, running live today.
Free Automation Audit — we map your workflows and pinpoint the highest-ROI tasks to automate first.
Blueprint & Quote. Fixed scope, timeline and expected time and cost savings, priced clearly in SGD.
Build & Integrate. We ship in fast iterations and plug into your existing stack.
Measure & Scale. We track results, then expand to the next opportunity.
We don't sell AI we haven't shipped. These numbers come from systems running for live businesses right now, and every one links to the full case study.
Our own multi-agent platforms, HR automation and invoicing run in production, so your project starts from proven engineering, not a prototype.
Approvals, permissions, audit logs and one-click undo are built in. Our AI copilot runs real actions with zero accidental sends.
Every project has agreed targets (hours saved, leads, revenue), and we report against them, priced and scoped up front.
We identify the repetitive, rules-based work draining your team’s time and replace it with AI agents and automated workflows, so your people can focus on higher-value work.
Most projects are fixed-scope and priced by workflow in SGD. We quote exact numbers after the free audit, so you can weigh the cost against the labour hours it saves.
A first automation typically ships in two to four weeks, and many clients recover the cost in saved labour within a single quarter.
The stack you already use — CRMs, accounting, comms and cloud platforms — plus automation layers like Zapier and Make, and LLMs (large language models) from OpenAI and Anthropic.
Yes. As a Singapore-headquartered team, PDPA-aligned data handling is standard in everything we deliver.
PSG and EDG closed to new applications on 29 September 2026. Their replacement, the EDGE Grant, lists Automation & Digitalisation as one of its business areas and supports up to 70% of qualifying costs for SMEs within an annual cap. Budget 2026 also added a 400% tax deduction on qualifying AI spend (up to S$50,000 a year, YA2027 to YA2028). Eligibility is decided by the authorities, so check the official criteria before you commit.
IMDA's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI is voluntary guidance, not law, but it is the reference most Singapore buyers and regulators use. We design agents around its four areas: limited permissions, human approval checkpoints, technical controls and transparency to users.
It can, within the purposes your customers consented to or a PDPA exception such as business improvement. In practice we limit what personal data reaches the model, keep it on approved systems, and log every lookup so you can answer an access request.
