Local businesses lose customers when reviews go unanswered and profiles go stale. DXDasia built an AI platform that manages reviews, posts, profile health and local rankings for multiple locations from one dashboard, live across seven client locations.
7 Business Locations Managed from One Dashboard
Keeping every Google profile active was a weekly chore nobody had time for.
We built one platform that keeps every profile active, accurate and ranking.
The platform now runs live across multiple businesses:
Google rewards profiles that are complete, active and responsive. Automating the repetitive parts, while keeping a person in charge of anything sensitive, made consistency easy instead of a weekly chore.
The platform connects to Google Business Profile through Google's official APIs, with scheduled jobs for syncing reviews, publishing posts and checking rankings. Each client's AI usage is tracked with optional monthly limits, and agencies can white-label it.
A lot, and more each year. BrightLocal's Local Consumer Review Survey 2026 found 97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses, and 41% always read them, up from 29% in 2025. Recency matters too: 74% only care about reviews from the last three months.
Replies are now expected, not optional. In the same survey, 89% of consumers expect owners to respond to reviews and 80% are likely to use a business that responds to all of them. Speed and tone count: 19% expect a reply the same day (up from 6% a year earlier), and generic, templated replies make 50% of consumers unlikely to choose the business. That is why our platform drafts personal replies and holds sensitive ones for a person.
Google's own guidance points the same way. Its help page on local ranking says results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence, and that replying to reviews shows you value customer feedback.

Google's Maps content policy bans fake engagement and incentivised reviews, and says businesses must not discourage negative reviews or selectively ask only happy customers for reviews. Automation should make it easy to ask every customer and answer every review, never to filter or buy them.
Yes, with guardrails. Our platform drafts replies automatically but holds low-star reviews for a person to approve.
Yes. It was built for multi-location businesses and agencies, with every location in one dashboard.
An active, complete, responsive profile is one of the clearest local ranking signals. We track rankings so you can see the effect.
