Online stores and restaurants wanted to sell on WhatsApp without sending every message by hand. DXDasia built a multi-business WhatsApp marketing platform with campaigns, cart recovery, an AI assistant and AI voice agents, now live for an e-commerce brand.
WhatsApp Sales on Autopilot, Live with an Online Store
WhatsApp was where customers wanted to talk, but every message was manual.
We built a full WhatsApp marketing platform that several businesses can use from one install.
The platform now runs live for a real online store:
WhatsApp rewards businesses that are useful and punishes the ones that spam. Building the caps, opt-in rules and order-first priorities into the platform itself meant automation grew sales without hurting the account's quality rating.
The platform uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API, with each business isolated in its own account. Store events drive the automations, sends are paced, and an AI command box can draft campaigns from plain English but can never send without a person approving.
Because most shoppers leave before paying, and messaging is where they can be won back. Baymard Institute puts the average online cart abandonment rate at 70.22%, based on 50 studies, with unexpected extra costs such as shipping, tax and fees the top reason US shoppers give.
Businesses are moving that conversation onto messaging apps at scale. Meta said in June 2026 that more than one million businesses already use a Meta Business Agent on WhatsApp and Messenger, and that there are more than one billion active threads with businesses across WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram every day. Meta also reported that paid WhatsApp messaging passed a US$2 billion annual run-rate in Q4 2025.
AI agents are spreading just as quickly in customer service. Salesforce's State of Service: AI Agents Edition (2026), a survey of 3,075 service professionals, found adoption of AI agents rose from 39% in 2025 to 66% in 2026, and 70% of organisations using them reported measurable value within 60 days.

Opt-in. Meta's developer documentation says businesses must clearly state that a person is opting in to receive messages from that named business, and must comply with applicable law. Recording when and how each customer opted in is the foundation of any WhatsApp automation.
Yes, for common requests such as order status, bookings and FAQs. Anything complex is handed to a person with the context attached.
Not if caps are enforced. Our platform limits marketing messages per contact per week and never delays order updates.
We connect store events such as orders and abandoned carts so messages trigger automatically. Tell us your platform and we will confirm.
