Monthly client reports meant hours of exporting and pasting from six different platforms. DXDasia built an automated reporting system that pulls everything into one clear, printable report per client in a single command, with a client portal on top.
Six Data Sources, One Report, One Command
Reporting ate the time that should have gone into improving results.
We built a reporting engine that connects to every platform and builds the report itself.
Reporting went from a monthly chore to a single command:
Clients want to see results clearly, and teams want to spend time improving them. Automating the data collection and fixing the format once meant every report was consistent and nobody lost a day to copy-paste.
The engine reads credentials from existing secure stores rather than copying them, maps each client to their own ad and analytics accounts, and calculates rates such as conversion rate the correct, weighted way. Output is a single HTML file that prints cleanly to PDF.
More than most teams admit. Funnel's Marketing Data State of Play survey of 713 marketers found some spend as much as 25 hours a month compiling reports, and about 63% said they spend time on tasks that could be automated.
The bigger problem is joining data up. In Salesforce's tenth State of Marketing report (2026), a survey of 4,450 marketers, only 26% were completely satisfied with how well they unify their data, even though 75% have adopted AI. Reports built by hand from separate exports make that gap worse each month.

Universal Analytics stopped processing data on 1 July 2023, so every report now relies on Google Analytics 4. GA4's standard properties keep user-level and event data for only 2 or 14 months, and that setting affects explorations and funnel reports. Pulling data into your own reports regularly, as our system does, keeps long-range comparisons possible.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, keyword rankings and backlink data, with more added on request.
